Rental Rates

These prices are for the villa rental and not per person. All rates are inclusive of tax, electricity, water, air-conditioning, linen and towels. 

• A non-refundable deposit of £100 (US$200) per week is required to book the home. Balance due 10 weeks before start of rental.

• A returnable security deposit of £200 (US$350) is also payable.

• We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

• Our home is fully licensed and inspected by the State of Florida.

• Smoking and pets are not allowed in our home.
